LibraryThing

This is my favorite tool so far. I love that I can type in a title and find others that have read the same book--along with other titles that they have enjoyed. I also see that I can use this tool to keep track of books that I've read. I can refer back to the list for my own personal use and to booktalk to others. Wonderful!
