LibraryThing

This is my favorite tool so far. I love that I can type in a title and find others that have read the same book--along with other titles that they have enjoyed. I also see that I can use this tool to keep track of books that I've read. I can refer back to the list for my own personal use and to booktalk to others. Wonderful! MERLIN

I just subscribed to the MERLIN feed. I also used the blogger search feature and found some more blogs of interest. It was very easy to use. Because I have an account with blogger, this was probably the easiest way to find feeds. I really liked the layout for feedster. I'll explore more in MERLIN as soon as I get my password information via my email.

I like that when setting up my account I was asked to select some of my interestes. This pointed me towards some very interesting newsfeeds. It's nice to have the option of getting your news all in one place. This can save time!

Technology Interest

What in technology interests me this week? Well, I'm moving to an apartment in a few weeks and so I won't have the family computer to use anymore! So, I'm interested in lap top computers. I've been doing some research with Consumer Reports since I really don't know which lap tops are the best. I'd really like to get one that you can personalize (like Dell) to your own color preference. I think apple green would be a refreshing color for a computer! ... Or maybe pink... :) The search continues...

Flickr Fun

I had fun with Colr Pickr. I found a photo with flowers in my very favorite color. I'll try to add that picture to my blog. (Fingers Crossed) I took a bit of time with the Trading Card Maker as well. I could spend some time with that...

Exploring Flickr

I've had some opportunity to look at Flickr, but not in as much depth. There's so much fun to be had. I need to remember to get my brother to start an account. He loves taking photos and he's quite good. I look forward to exploring this some more when I get the chance.
